DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

Creative Rewind (“Rewind”) is delivered as digital software only. There is no physical shipment.
1. What you receive
After a completed purchase through our payment provider Paddle, you receive a personal license key by email. The license is issued automatically through our licensing provider Cryptlex. The key entitles you to use Creative-Rewind according to our Terms of Use.
2. How to activate Rewind
- Download the Rewind desktop app for macOS (Apple Silicon) from our website.
- Install and launch Rewind.
- In the license dialog, choose “Enter license key” and paste the key from your Paddle confirmation email.
Alternatively, you can try Rewind free for 14 days in the desktop app first and redeem your license key later.
3. Delivery time
The license key email is usually sent within a few minutes of successful payment. In rare cases delivery may take up to 24 hours. Please also check your spam folder. For questions or delays, contact info@creative-rewind.com.
4. Merchant of Record
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for the purchase. Invoice, payment confirmation, and payment-related customer service are handled by Paddle. Rewind itself is delivered digitally; the license key is your access to the software.

Creative Rewind („Rewind“) wird ausschließlich als digitale Software bereitgestellt. Es gibt keine physische Lieferung.
1. Was du erhältst
Nach abgeschlossenem Kauf über unseren Zahlungsanbieter Paddle erhältst du einen persönlichen Lizenzschlüssel per E-Mail. Die Lizenz wird automatisch über unseren Lizenzdienstleister Cryptlex ausgestellt. Der Schlüssel berechtigt zur Nutzung von Creative-Rewind gemäß unseren Nutzungsbedingungen.
2. Wie du Rewind aktivierst
- Lade die Rewind-Desktop-App für macOS (Apple Silicon) von unserer Website herunter.
- Installiere und starte Rewind.
- Wähle im Lizenz-Dialog „Lizenzschlüssel eingeben“ und trage den Schlüssel aus der Paddle-Bestätigungs-E-Mail ein.
Alternativ kannst du Rewind zuerst 14 Tage kostenlos in der Desktop-App testen und den Lizenzschlüssel später einlösen.
3. Lieferzeit
Die Lizenzschlüssel-E-Mail wird in der Regel innerhalb weniger Minuten nach erfolgreicher Zahlung versendet. In seltenen Fällen kann die Zustellung bis zu 24 Stunden dauern. Prüfe auch deinen Spam-Ordner. Bei Fragen oder Verzögerungen schreib uns an info@creative-rewind.com.
4. Merchant of Record
Paddle.com ist Merchant of Record für den Kauf. Rechnung, Zahlungsbestätigung und Kundendienst zu Zahlungen erfolgen über Paddle. Rewind selbst wird digital bereitgestellt; der Lizenzschlüssel ist der Zugang zur Software.
